Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
In the event of a "No Call, No Show," a fee of 100% of the service will be charged to your card.
To reserve your appointment, a card on file is required. Please note that your card will not be charged; it is solely used to secure your booking.
For rescheduling the same day, you may easily make changes to your appointment via our website at no additional charge.
